A series of events at the University of Michigan on Nov. 16 will celebrate the Rev. Jesse Jackson’s five decades of civil rights activism, the school announced Tuesday.

That will include a keynote speech by Jackson, reflecting on the presidential race and on the future of the struggle for economic, political and social justice.
