Julie Kelley

Julie Kelley is a CPA who earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri. She has previously worked with several organizations within the University of Michigan, including nine years as the Controller of M-CARE.

Currently, Julie oversees business operations (finance, HR, marketing and communications, facilities) for all ODEI units, including the OVP office. Current special projects include the ODEI reorganization, the Detroit Connector, and exploration/implementation of Salesforce applications.

In addition to several years of budgeting and financial experience at the University of Michigan’s Medical School, Julie has extensive project and change management experience, including the U-M Press, School of Dentistry, and Health System.
