Felecia Webb

Felecia Webb is the Director of Evaluation and Assessment for the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion where she conducts program evaluation for student recruitment, retention, and outreach programming within ODEI. Her responsibilities include the design, implementation, and reporting of evaluation efforts.

Felecia received her undergraduate studies degree at Washington University in St. Louis where she doubled majored in Psychology and African and African American Studies, and completed her graduate training at the University of Michigan earning an M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology.

Felecia’s professional expertise centers on issues of diversity and education and she draws on her social science research background in evaluating student-focused programming within ODEI.
