April Gross serves as the HR Business Manager for ODEI. In this role, April uses her change management experience to partner with the UM Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the behavior-based interview model concept. She also works on the Business Office DEI implementation plan where HR and DEI intersect.
With more than a decade of professional accounting experience, April began her career at the University of Michigan with the Ross Business School in August 2012. Her areas of expertise include human resources, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Additionally, she has mentored staff and developed new and efficient processes.
